My thoughts by Mark Twain – Twenty Years from now you will be more disappointed by the things
that your didn’t do than by the ones you did do, so throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe
harbour catch the tradewinds in your sails explore, dream, discover.

Favourite Hotel:
My favourite local hotel is Harvey's Point, everything is good about it; food, staff, views, rooms. Further away from home I would have to say I was in awe when I got to visit the 5* Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.
Favourite Holiday Destination:
Has to be New York, I can't put my finger on it but I always seem to return...not sure if it's the atmosphere or the food or the fact that every-time I go it feels like the first time! there is just so much to do in the city that never sleeps.

Travel Industry Experience; 15 yrs in Travel Tourism and Hospitality Industries, I’ve visited Spain, Italy, France, Austria, South America and Australia
Travel/Favourite Hotel; Europe is my Favourite choice of destination, the culture, food (especially the food!), people and history draw me back again and again. The sheer choice of fabulous short City breaks is endless. The town of Cesky Krumlov is a little gem, beyond picturesque and most definitely worth a day trip if you’re visiting the beautiful city of Prague, also the rail system is clean, efficient and great fun!
The Austrian Tyrol is jaw-droppingly beautiful, it’s all about the scenery and with plenty of hiking opportunities on your doorstep to walk off all the tasty food and amazing Sacher Torte! Winter and Summer gives you two very different holidays. Italy is a sightseers and food lovers paradise (Notice the food theme?) From the cool, calm lakes in the North and the awe-inspiring Sorrento and Amalfi Coast to the South, which by coincidence is the magical location of my favourite boutique hotel…The Hotel Mediterraneo, Sant Agnello. Set upon a seaside cliff overlooking the sparkling blue azure sea on the Sorrentine Peninsula, it’s only a kilometre from the centre of Sorrento and the private garden awakens the senses with citrus and palm trees. It’s an ideal spot for touring the Amalfi coast, Pompeii, and Herculaneum.
The most beautiful beach I’ve ever been on was on the little Island of Margarita off the coast of Venezuela…El Yaque….pure, soft white sand with the clearest blue sea.
Bucket List; The West coast of Canada is top of my long list with a little trip on the Rocky Mountaineer(well-known for the fabulous food!) and maybe if I’m good, a quick Alaskan cruise!....

Blanca because the location of the hotel was perfect and their spa was amazing.

I have been abroad more than 150 times and particularly enjoy Winter sun as I love the feeling of leaving the cold weather at home and getting some sunshine and I have travelled to the Canaries
extensively and stayed in a lot of the hotels . I have been on both Caribbean and Mediterranean cruises and this is one my favourite ways of visiting several destinations on the one trip. I also enjoy
theme parks and have been to Florida and Port Aventura several times. I have also visited numerous cities and my favourite is Rome.
I have stayed in a lot of the family style properties in Spain and if I am looking a short flight one of my favourite places to visit is Majorca especially the North as the beaches are fabulous.
Travel Industry Experience: Over 3 years mainly in long haul travel

cultures, landscapes and food whilst staying in all sorts of accommodation from yurts in the
Mongolian Desert, sleeper trains in Russia, tree houses in South Africa, Over water villas in Bora Bora
and some of the world’s finest cruise ships. Whilst enjoying many epic train journeys and round the
