Just to say that the Atrium Palace and Thalasso in Rhodes is an excellent place to stay, meals & facilities onsite were excellent, also the travel to & from the airport via Taxi is the only way, because if you travel with the TUI bus you stop at every hotel along the way, also on the return leg left us with a head start on the main buses on the return trip on Saturday night/ Sunday morning as the crowds in the airport returning were enormous and therefore long queues at the passport controls and booking in!
Taxi to Lindos from the Hotel is 15 Euros return is 10, I assume the hotel charge 5 for arranging same, excellent rooftop restaurants in Lindos, spoilt for choice!. Also a car hire for a small car for the day is 50 Euro arranged in the hotel via a car hire desk (Marathon Hire), I would recommend this for a day trip to Rhodes Town.
Just one negative, the onsite double room is suitable only for two adults, the third adult sleeping on a very good sofa bed is not great, ok for a small child!
