Hotel Sol Port, Cambrills. Costa Dorada. September 2019. A lovely hotel. We went half board and I must say that the food was superb. Each night had a different theme so we sampled Asian, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Western, Catalan food. Beautiful breakfast each morning with lots of fresh fruit and real, squeezed orange juice. Rooms were very good, very clean, excellent walk-in shower. Staff were a credit to the hotel……cheerful, polite and helpful. Pool is small but the beautiful beach is just a few minutes walk away. Our room was 404 which only got sun in the morning. Pool view rooms get afternoon sun. Our room had a minibar but we just used it as a small fridge to keep our water cool. Wine and drinks were very reasonably priced in the hotel.
